Privacy notes

Court draw is run by Foxtail Oak, Abergavenny. These notes are short because we hold very little.

What does the quick draw store?

Nothing on our servers. The names you type are packed into the link you share, and the draw is made in your browser.

What does a group store?

Player names, and an optional level the organiser sets.
Who played each week, the courts, and any scores entered.
A hashed organiser PIN. We cannot read it back.
The group's email address, only if the organiser ticked the box to give it.

Who can see it?

Anyone with the group link sees first names and the initial of a surname, this week's courts, and recent scores. They never see levels, full names or emails. Only the organiser sees levels. If the organiser switches the table on, players also see wins and games for the last 120 days.

What cookies do you use?

One sign-in cookie for organisers, so they stay signed in for 90 days. Players' phones remember which name they tapped, in local storage on the phone. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

How do I delete everything?

Organisers can delete the whole group in Settings, which removes all players, sessions and scores. To remove just one person, delete them in the Players tab. For anything else, email info@foxtailoak.co.uk.

Will you email me?

Only if the organiser gave an email address and ticked the box saying so. We will not pass it to anyone. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
